Harvest Bend The Meadow
Harvest Bend The Meadow is conveniently located just west of the Sam Houston Tollway on Fallbrook with
entrances at Harvest Sun and Perry.
Our neighborhood was developed in the mid to late 1980's,and consists of
297 homes with amenities that include a playground area,
swimming pool, and several active committees.
Our goal is to support neighborhood pride, caring and harmony.  Utilities are provided by
Reid Road MUD #1
and #2. 
HBTM is a proud participant in the local residential recycling program.

Monthly HBTM HOA Board Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Reid Road MUD #1 Building,
 11245 Harvest Bend Blvd (just off of Windfern). You are invited to attend and an agenda is provided for your information. 

Current Events:  Once again, we had a very successful community garage sale.  Approximately 35-40 homeowners participated.  A special
thank you to RRMUD#1 for providing full-time surveillance during the sale.

Trick or Treating -- Be careful while Trick or Treating.  Here are some guidelines from the Constable's office.

- Life Savers Emergency Room at 17685 Tomball Pky is offering free CPR classes the 2nd Thursday of each month.  If interested, call

During this past summer, we increased constable surveillance.  During their time here, the constables report the following:
-- Met with 42 homeowners
-- Asked 12 kids to leave the park that were there after hours
-- Investigated 13 suspicious vehicles

       - Trash and recycling is on Saturday and Wednesdays.  You can put your garbage cans out after 6:00 p.m. the night before collection. 
       - Garbage cans must be stored out of sight by end of collection.
       - Heavy trash pick-up is on Saturdays - two items only.
